have you ever compared your child?

"its third time that my child disappointed me in his results. my whole life moved around him. all my struggles are for his better future. I send him to tuition, give him every possible pleasure and luxurious of life. my brother's kids are also same school and all got positions. they came right after result to my home to know what he does in exams. When the see me disappointed, my brother asked me to take him to a mental doctor or psychologist to identify his problem. it give immense pain, he is not mad, he is completely ok!! what if he didn't prove himself in studies but he is trying, he is just careless! yes he is not focusing all the time asking for stuff and don't give enough time to his studies. I will not fulfill his demands till he don't give enough time to his studies.

Meik!! where are you? come down here

Meik: yes dad

Me: see your result, how many time you keep me embarrass in front of everyone.

Meik: (looking down and scared)

Me: (skewed his ear) have you checked your cousins' results. you never felt ashamed on your poor results.

Meik was silent and unresponsive 

Me: are you listening to me? next time when you perform in your exams, only than you will get your stuff again. "

every child has a different caliber and learning skill. we all are different, even the twins have different likes ,approaches and interest. you and I are different. than why not a child can be different to one another. actually we all are different by birth and the creator made us different because we all have different and important roles to perform in life. 

comparing a child is equal to smashing his personality and stealing his self esteem. he will not be able to take step by his own. he will have a compressed personality and his skill will never be polished because you had never  gave him to introduce himself. he kept himself inferior and trying to be someone who would be acceptable by dear ones and society. what was wrong with him. nothing! what if he get a chance to be grow by his own. get motivational dialogues with family and show his skills and learn in his own required time zone.

there must be a child-understanding platform to deal them in such a way that they play their roles for which they are sent to this world.
